- Review, reconcile, and process monthly invoices timely and accurately
- Communicate policies and practices effectively within the organization
- Provide ongoing support for internal and external audits regarding benefit processes
- Manage US leave of absence processes and communicate appropriately
- Support US retirement programs including report analysis and participant inquiries
Qualifications
- 5+ years of benefits experience in a multinational environment preferred
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Strong background in health and welfare and retirement benefits
- Knowledge of benefits practices and industry trends
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong data management and analytics capabilities
- Excellent vendor management and partnership skills
