Responsibilities

  • Assist with various Treasury-related tasks and activities
  • Execute approved disbursements using Wires/ACH transactions
  • Process Treasury requests, including stop payments and positive pay exceptions
  • Conduct research for internal and external business partners
  • Maintain accurate records for Treasury transactions
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, including SOX
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within Treasury operations
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to Treasury compliance activities

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline preferred
  • Prior experience in banking or treasury (1-3 years preferred)
