Responsibilities

  • Assign appropriate cost codes and project numbers to all purchase orders and invoices.
  • Monitor and track daily deliveries and scheduled shipments.
  • Oversee warehouse operations and delegate tasks to warehouse staff.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team for accurate billing, backorder resolutions, and credit processing.
  • Manage and track large-scale purchase orders.
  • Negotiate vendor pricing and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Manage tool inventory and coordinate equipment repairs.
  • Set up and monitor rental agreements for tools and equipment.
  • Attend project meetings to address ordering issues and provide budget updates.
  • Oversee tool budgets for all projects.
  • Manage the fleet vehicle GPS program for timely operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management
  • Strong background in vendor negotiations and relationship management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
