Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Review project plans and specifications to develop a plan and timeline of work
• Analyze project blueprints and specifications to estimate material, labor, and equipment costs
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for scheduling
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and communicate with clients and team members
• Prepare pre-construction and close-out documents
• Coordinate all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Generate monthly billings and ensure accurate measurements for billing goals
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Facilitate communication within the project team for weekly job summaries

Qualifications

• Minimum education level of a bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
