Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Review project plans and specifications to develop a plan and timeline of work
- Analyze project blueprints and specifications to estimate material, labor, and equipment costs
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for scheduling
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and communicate with clients and team members
- Prepare pre-construction and close-out documents
- Coordinate all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Generate monthly billings and ensure accurate measurements for billing goals
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Facilitate communication within the project team for weekly job summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum education level of a bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
