Responsibilities
- Manage internal vehicle testing primarily focusing on Ride and Handling
- Schedule test tracks and obtain quotes through Proving Grounds
- Acquire test vehicles and wheels as needed
- Arrange tire/wheel mounting and shipping to/from Proving Grounds
- Collect and analyze test data, creating official reports and communicating results
- Oversee external testing with third-party evaluators
- Schedule and manage snow handling and traction testing
- Collaborate with tire engineers to enhance data collection processes
- Align with other Kumho test drivers to ensure consistent testing procedures
- Travel to proving grounds as required by programs
Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelors Degree in a technical field
- 3+ years of prior tire test driver experience
- Strong computer skills in data acquisition and analysis
- Prior experience with Automotive OEM tire testing
- Working knowledge of tire engineering
