Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Record cash transfers, deposits, and wires
- Support Purchasing, Inventory Management & Logistics
- Perform bank reconciliations for checking accounts
- Review and analyze employee expense reports
- Reconcile NetSuite and Avalara for sales/use tax
- Participate in accounting close and reporting processes
- Assist with annual audit processes and maintain documentation
- Cross-train for other positions within the department as needed
