Responsibilities

  • Administer QC server licenses and create new users/projects
  • Monitor usage and generate reports
  • Provide customization support for Quality Center
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on ALM tool-related topics
  • Develop training materials and train users on ALM tools
  • Serve as first point of contact for users regarding ALM issues
  • Create tool-related scripts and automate repetitive tasks
  • Extract charts and dashboards from ALM tools for engineering teams
  • Support the Configuration Manager and other managers with audit reports
  • Pilot new tools and perform tests before rollouts
  • Proactively monitor shared tools services and manage administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to coordinate activities with various technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
