About the job Estimator II
As an Estimator II, you will be responsible for preparing portions of contract proposal estimates for various disciplines, including plumbing, piping, or sheet metal systems. This role requires advanced knowledge in these areas and may involve independently estimating medium to large-sized projects. This on-site position is based out of our Rochester, MN office.

Responsibilities
- Develop proposals and drawings to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate
- Estimate sizes, distances, and quantities; determine time, costs, resources, or materials needed for work activities
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates
- Calculate the complete takeoff of the scope of work and required contents of the estimate
Qualifications
- 2+ years of estimating, engineering, or trade experience related to mechanical construction
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Associate degree preferred in engineering or a related technical field
