Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and support all policies and procedures, providing necessary training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and communicating expectations clearly.
  • Complete assessments and develop reports within designated timelines using behavior plan templates.
  • Collaborate with families and other service providers to enhance and integrate interventions.
  • Maintain documentation of services in compliance with funder requirements.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to RBTs while ensuring proper training on behavior intervention strategies.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings and communicate with the National Clinical Director if unable to attend.
  • Understand and adhere to all accreditation standards and regulations, including HIPAA laws.

Qualifications

  • Active licensure or certification as a BCBA at the time services are provided.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior analysis principles and practices.
  • Experience in providing training and guidance to others in the field.

  • Masters degree in a relevant field (Applied Behavior Analysis or related)
