Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the country area management team to integrate finance considerations
- Serve as a key finance partner to business leaders, offering support through analysis
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management accounting and operational reporting
- Prepare and analyze profitability reports for various financial aspects
- Provide management with recommendations on financial transactions and operational costs
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and forecasts
- Evaluate and implement programs aimed at cost reduction and improved controls
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and IT policies
- Conduct local audits and report findings
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Controller
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is preferred
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience with large ERP systems is strongly preferred
- CPA certification is a nice-to-have
