- 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, and VMS
- Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem community
- Established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc.
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- Ability to travel for industry conferences 2-3 times per year
