- Work with established clients and develop project criteria, schedules, and budgets
- Lead the multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
- Manage projects from preliminary studies and engineering through final design and construction documents for bidding

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) License
- At least 8 years of practical highway engineering design experience, including MDOT project experience
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
