Responsibilities

Develop and produce drawings for buildings lighting, power, and electrical distribution systems
Perform lighting and power engineering calculations
Design electrical systems in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines
Support the procurement process by evaluating and specifying materials and equipment
Adhere to project schedules, budgets, and scope of work
Maintain a positive and professional work environment
Qualifications

Vocational Certificate or Associates degree in Engineering Design or Drafting
3+ years of electrical design experience in the architectural/built environment
Proficiency in Revit and MS Office
Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IBC, IECC)
Capable of performing calculations and analyses to support design decisions
Education Requirements

Vocational Certificate or Associates degree in Engineering Design or Drafting
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
