Responsibilities

  • Service a book of business through the full policy lifecycle within established service standards
  • Build relationships with agency partners and sales representatives to enhance risk classification and sales volume
  • Understand agency management, product distribution, and claims procedures to improve growth and underwriting profit
  • Create and maintain operational procedures
  • Communicate professionally with producers regarding underwriting, policy servicing, and billing inquiries
  • Mentor and train less experienced team members
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Claims, Product, and Underwriting teams to develop process improvements
  • Provide feedback to leadership for continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure business continuity during peak periods by filling in for team members as needed
