Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of survey projects, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Oversee field crews and job prioritization for efficiency
  • Develop and maintain project schematics
  • Analyze geographical data using GIS software
  • Ensure compliance with surveying regulations
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate survey data into project designs
  • Train and mentor junior survey staff
  • Review and validate survey results for accuracy before submission to clients

Qualifications

  • Strong background in surveying and project management
  • Proven experience leading survey projects from start to finish

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

  • Professional Surveyor License (WV) required

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying, including experience in managing teams
  • Familiarity with GIS and CAD software
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry is a plus
