Responsibilities

  • Check and maintain equipment within factory standard specifications
  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system equipment
  • Serve as a company liaison with customers for assigned projects
  • Perform complex repair maintenance or unit replacement
  • Provide technical support to customers and resolve equipment issues
  • Identify and report equipment errors and performance issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide periodic reports
  • Conduct training for customer personnel on service and operations
  • Collaborate with other technicians in the field

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of related experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of Linux operating system preferred
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Must be comfortable working in cleanroom environments and comply with safety requirements
