Responsibilities

  • Manage highly complex, broad, and multi-year projects end-to-end
  • Develop detailed, robust project plans including resources, scope, schedule, and costs

  • Interface regularly with internal senior management and client executives
  • Negotiate resource requirements with management in priority conflicts
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in project functionality and planning tools
  • Delegate and guide work for professional and support staff
  • Mentor and coach junior staff to ensure adherence to standards
