Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and calibration of ITH tools in both shop and field settings
  • Travel to customer sites for field service work, up to 40% of the time
  • Enter and track repair information in the database
  • Modify and prepare toolboxes for ITH tool kits
  • Pack and unpack tools for trade shows
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with physical counts
  • Provide training and demonstrations at customer sites
  • Carry out product conversions as per production orders

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Familiarity with tools and equipment related to service and repair
  • Experience in customer service roles is an advantage
