Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university
  • Masters degree preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognized institution (e.g., Shingo Prize, SME, ASQ)

Experience Requirements

  • Recent hands-on experience in EMS, CM, or OEM environments
  • Experience managing PCB/PCBA production processes
  • Proven experience in team dynamics and human development

8. Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and WebEx conferencing software.

9. You must have recent, hands-on experience in one of the following environments:

a. EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services)

b. CM (Contract Manufacturing)

c. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
