Responsibilities

  • Understand general construction processes and learn the glass aspect
  • Develop cost-effective plans and schedules for project completion
  • Coordinate projects with contractors, architects, owners, and involved parties
  • Verify estimates with detailed reviews of proposals and specifications
  • Coordinate with CAD throughout the shop drawing process
  • Assume responsibility for safety, quality, and productivity of glaziers
  • Monitor material and equipment efficiency and contractual performance
  • Complete projects within allocated budgets
  • Track and control project schedules and communicate accordingly

Qualifications

  • Attendance at construction meetings as necessary
  • Ability to maintain maximum efficiency under pressure
  • Willingness to perform additional assignments as directed by management
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
