Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including greeting guests and visitors, answering phones, and maintaining contact lists
- Manage office supplies and food, submit and reconcile expense reports
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are efficiently handled
- Maintain vendor relationships for office services and equipment
- Assist with budgeting and report preparation for the North Region Development team
- Monitor office-related expenses and assist with internal approvals
- Stay informed about overall activities within the US Regional Offices and Corporate Development
- Provide interdepartmental assistance as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related administrative, office management, or coordination experience
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a regional or corporate office setting (Nice to Have)
- Experience with SAP for financial tracking and reporting (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination (Nice to Have)
