Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of AP, AR, GL, and cash management.
  • Utilize Avid Exchange for automated audit, inspection, and correction processes.
  • Reconcile leases to recapture rent for commercial and residential properties.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, bank reconciliations, and other financial reports.

Qualifications

  • CPA preferred, with a background in public accounting.
  • Experience in real estate accounting is a plus.

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
