Develop and motivate team members across five campus accounts
Manage purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, and food cost analysis
Ensure culinary standards, recipe compliance, and food quality
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Travel weekly to location sites for operational support
Support training and development of culinary staff
Oversee large catering functions and culinary needs across units
Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years management experience
Minimum of 3 years functional experience in culinary operations
