Job Highlights:

Job Duties:
- Conduct field service at customer facilities, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of CNC tool & cutter grinding machines.
- Specifically working on Straustak machines with an understanding of Numroto software
- Provide comprehensive support to customers onsite, by phone, and via email, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
- Expect up to 50% travel within the USA, Canada, and Mexico to support customer needs.
Ideal Candidates:
- Technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery, encompassing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting machine problems both on-site and remotely, including answering customer inquiries regarding maintenance, mechanical/electrical drawings, and part identification.
- Experience with the installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities.
- "Hands-on" individual with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend electrical, mechanical, and other technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits is preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions):
1. Do you have Straustak machine experience (could be an operator)
2. Do you have Numroto software experience. Working/troubleshooting grinding machines
3. Do you have technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery, encompassing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
4. Do you have proficiency in troubleshooting machine problems both on-site and remotely, including answering customer inquiries regarding maintenance, mechanical/electrical drawings, and part identification.
5. Do you have experience with the installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities.
6. Are you "Hands-on" individual with a strong mechanical aptitude.
7. Do you have the ability to interpret and comprehend electrical, mechanical, and other technical drawings.
