Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire processes, including I-9 compliance, background checks, and drug screens
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts
- Update and maintain the HRIS system for accurate employee data processing
- Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution
- Participate in employee disciplinary meetings and human resources investigations
- Track compliance with required training and ensure adherence to employment laws
- Conduct research and analyze data for HR projects
- Process HR forms and documents such as offer letters
- Regularly review and revise job descriptions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least four years of proven experience as a human resources generalist or in a similar role
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
