Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all production processes and teams within Washington operations
  
• Plan and execute the production schedule
  
• Set, plan, and meet all production targets and goals
  
• Review and adjust production schedule as needed
  
• Ensure timely completion of all direct-report employee reviews
  
• Coach and guide production team members to improve overall competency
  
• Manage human and material resources needed to meet production targets
  
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
  
• Monitor product quality standards and implement quality control programs
  
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
  
• Prepare and maintain production reports and estimate production costs
  
• Ensure efficient collaboration between departments
  
• Monitor KPIs related to OEE and labor hours per watt/panel
  
• Other duties as assigned by management
