Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all production processes and teams within Washington operations
- Plan and execute the production schedule
- Set, plan, and meet all production targets and goals
- Review and adjust production schedule as needed
- Ensure timely completion of all direct-report employee reviews
- Coach and guide production team members to improve overall competency
- Manage human and material resources needed to meet production targets
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
- Monitor product quality standards and implement quality control programs
- Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
- Prepare and maintain production reports and estimate production costs
- Ensure efficient collaboration between departments
- Monitor KPIs related to OEE and labor hours per watt/panel
- Other duties as assigned by management

- Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of production experience
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience
- Knowledge of process improvement, budgeting, and production standards
