About the job Accounting Assistant
- Issue invoice to customer
- Arrange payment for internal KlearC
- Arrange payment for customers monthly tax declare to GDT
- Record sale to excel and Xero system
- Record Purchase to excel and Xero system
- Record fixed asset to excel and Xero system
- Arrange monthly commission and referral
- Arrange monthly transportation
- Control bank balance
- Control AR and AP
- Arrange monthly and annual
- Arrange monthly financial report
- Arrange annual tax on income (TOI)
- Arrange annual financial report to ACAR
- Order duties that assign by direct supervisor
- At least 1-year experience Accounting Tax.
- Knowledge in Accounting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Can use Microsoft office, QuickBooks, and other software for accountant.
- Good in English communications, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills and accurate
- Ease of working individually and in teams
- Take responsibility of the work allotted.
- Stamina to work under tight deadlines

Report to: HR and Admin Supervisor
Schedule: Full Time
Location: DOHO (Toul Kouk, Phnom Penh)
Working Days: Monday Friday and Saturday (Half Day)
Working Hours: Morning: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM and Afternoon 01:00 AM 5:00 PM
