JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Integration Analyst will act as the main point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan, and re-implementing supervising all onboarding activities through "go- live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support delivery of solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
  • Continue to grow and build on knowledge about the companys products, solutions, and related technologies.
  • Serve as the business analyst/project coordinator for each client engagement. Manage project scope and timeline to ensure all work meet established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary client point of contact. Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously. Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates.
  • Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as the need arises in client contracts.
  • Support clients during client test activities. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to Production Support teams.
  • Lead all aspects of or support transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
  • Work with Senior team members to conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide user documentation and support materials as needed for successful client implementation.
  • Support and complete operational readiness activities and modernization exercise for various solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon to diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience delivering compelling technical presentations to clients.
  • Demonstrable ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and craft technical solutions that address their difficulties.
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Experience in coding/programming is highly desirable.
