We are seeking a Business Development Assistant Project Manager to join. FANKLUB is KKBOXs dedicated feature designed to bridge the gap between Brands, Artists, Creators, and their fans. In this role, you will act as both a Business Developer and a Strategic Consultant. Your mission is not only to onboard high-potential IPs, brands, and services onto FANKLUB but also to empower them to build successful subscription-based marketplaces. You will help partners monetize their content, engage their communities, and achieve sustainable growth within our ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition & Onboarding (Business Development):
- Identify and recruit potential partners (IPs, Brands, Artists, Content Creators, and Services) that fit the FANKLUB ecosystem strategy.
- Lead business negotiations, manage contract processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners.
- Pitch the value of the Subscription Marketplace model to potential partners, helping them visualize their growth on FANKLUB.
- Partner Growth & Success (Account & Community Strategy):
- Act as a consultant to partners, helping them design their membership tiers, pricing strategies, and exclusive benefits to maximize subscriber conversion.
- Drive continuous growth for onboarded partners by advising on community engagement, content strategy, and fan interaction tactics.
- Monitor partner performance metrics (e.g., subscriber retention, GMV, engagement rates) and proactively offer solutions to improve results, operating with a Customer Success mindset.
- Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to launch new partner projects and optimize platform features based on partner feedback.
- Coordinate marketing resources to support major partner launches and campaigns.
- Support strategic initiatives with market research and intelligence on the Creator Economy and Subscription Economy.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Customer Success, preferably in the Internet, Entertainment, Digital Content, or Creator Economy industries.
- Strong understanding of Community/Social Platforms: Familiarity with how creators/brands build relationships with fans and the mechanics of subscription models.
- Consultative Sales Skills: Ability to listen to partner needs and provide strategic solutions rather than just selling a product.
- Project Management: Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple partner accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Data-Driven: Ability to interpret data to set goals and review results.
- Smart, mature, integrity with good interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Community Management or growing a brands social media presence.
- Experience in managing high-value accounts with a focus on retention and up-selling (Account Management/CSM background).
- Passion for the music industry, entertainment IP, or the creator economy.
- Advanced Excel and analytical experience.
