Responsibilities:

    • Develops and maintains investor relations strategy and annual plans.
    • Creates presentations, press releases and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to external stakeholders.
    • Organizes conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls and investor meetings.
    • Proactively identify and build relationships with institutional investors and equity analysts.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team by synthesizing market feedback regarding the company's performance and strategic direction
    • Monitor analyst reports and industry trends. Perform benchmarking against global peers to provide actionable insights for senior management on valuation and capital market positioning.
    • Oversees the regulatory filings, announcements and material information releases (in cooperation with the Corporate Governance team).
    • Actively participate in the IPO process, including the preparation of prospectuses, and manage domestic and international roadshows and investor conferences.
    • Collaborate with the PR team to develop messaging for market volatility or sensitive corporate events.
    • Develop and refine the company's equity story. Translate complex SaaS and streaming technology metrics (e.g., ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn Rate) into compelling investment narratives.
    • Manages the IR portion of the company website.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Corporate Finance. Prior experience in a successful Taiwan IPO project is preferred
    • Deep understanding of capital markets. Familiarity with the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecom) sector or Subscription-based (SaaS) business models is a plus.
    • Solid knowledge of TWSE/TPEx listing rules and Securities and Exchange Act.
    • A relevant degree such as Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
    • Nice to have Licenses or certifications required by the position: CFA, MBA, CPA, IRC
    • Excellent written and verbal skills, relationship-building skills in the investment community, and the ability to collaborate with the executive team.
    • Experienced in developing relationships with key individuals in other areas of CCIR, Business, Finance, HR, and Strategy teams globally
