We are seeking a Monetization / Sales Account Executive with strong planning integration skills and execution capability. This role is responsible for developing brand clients and strategic partners, proposal planning, project execution, and long-term client relationship management. You will participate in large-scale integrated marketing, music and entertainment, live events, and digital content projects​. Responsibilities:

    • Develop new brand clients and advertising agency partners, and manage existing client relationships
    • Understand client marketing needs, prepare proposals, and execute projects
    • Handle pricing, business negotiations, contract signing, and renewals
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and performance tracking
    • Achieve individual and team revenue targets

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, media, events, or integrated marketing
    • Strong presentation, proposal, and communication skills
    • Familiar with project workflows, timeline management, and cost control
    • Highly responsible, able to work independently, with solid negotiation and execution skills
    • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus
