Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Design & Advisory

  • Design, review, and enhance compensation structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits that align with company strategy and local market trends.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Taiwans labor laws and statutory benefit requirements.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to support pay structure and total rewards competitiveness.
  • Provide guidance on C&B policies and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Drive total rewards planning and communication in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders.
  • Manage external vendors to implement and optimize benefit offerings.
  • Communicate total rewards programs to employees and managers.

HR Data Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support HR decision-making.
  • Review and optimize HR processes, workflows, and documentation for efficiency and compliance.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Stay updated with Taiwan labor law changes and recommend necessary policy or process updates.
  • Assist in labor compliance audits, documentation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on C&B or total rewards.
  • Exposure to project work involving C&B policy revamp, flexible benefits, or wellness programs.
  • Familiarity with compensation surveys and benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).
  • Proficiency in Excel or HR analytics tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in designing or administering bonus, benefits, or incentive programs.
  • Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced tech/start-up environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Apollo, Workday, SAP, or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan Labor Standards Act and related employment regulations.
  • Experience in payroll operations and familiarity with Taiwan personal income tax and labor-related taxation.
