BlendVision is a fast-growing SaaS company spun off from KKCompany, dedicated to building an AI-powered enterprise knowledge management and learning platform.
Our flagship product, BlendVision AiM, automatically uploads and analyzes internal meeting videos, documents, and knowledge content. With our patent-pending multimodal video understanding technology, we deliver a searchable, actionable, and intelligent knowledge base that helps organizations reduce time spent searching for information, accelerate training, and drive learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Engage with HR, L&D, IT, and business leaders to position BlendVision AiM as a strategic AI knowledge management solution.
- Consistently achieve and exceed annual revenue and new logo targets.
Team Leadership & Sales Strategy (Manager Level)
- Lead and mentor a small team of BD / Sales representatives (2~5 people).
- Build and refine scalable sales playbooks, pipeline management processes, and KPI tracking systems.
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and support in deal execution.
Partnership Development
- Build and manage relationships with training providers, consulting firms, and content partners to expand the sales ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketing on co-branded campaigns, events, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
Market Insights & Product Feedback
- Analyze industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor moves to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap.
- Represent BlendVision at industry events, conferences, and executive-level solution briefings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS or enterprise solutions sales, with a strong track record of quota attainment.
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a small sales / BD team (team size ~25).
- Strong understanding of enterprise decision-making and procurement cycles.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and C-level relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and pipeline management.
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling AI, cloud-based platforms, knowledge management, or HR Tech solutions.
- Proven ability to design and implement sales processes or playbooks from the ground up.
- Proficiency in English for international customer engagement; Japanese or Southeast Asia market experience is a plus.
- Existing network within HR, L&D, or IT buyer communities.
