Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute enterprise-level cloud migration solutions to address customer technical challenges and ensure business continuity.
• Consulting with clients to provide professional solutions and recommendations.
  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of IT management experience in enterprise environments, with expertise in integrating large-scale IT infrastructures.
• Proficient in on-premises infrastructure (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, servers, storage devices).
• Familiar with CaC / IaC tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledgeable about the 7R migration strategy.
• Experienced in Infrastructure design (e.g., DR / HA, network planning, hybrid cloud architecture).
• Understands enterprise information security and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Familiar with the Windows ecosystem, including Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, etc.
• Strong cross-department communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented and proactive.

Nice to Have:

• Proficient in cloud migration tools (e.g., CloudEndure, AWS DMS, SMS).
• Skilled in infrastructure automation and IaC (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiar with AWS Well-Architected Framework with practical optimization case studies.
• Knowledgeable about AWS Cloud Services (e.g., Compute, Network, Storage, Database).
• Experience with AWS MSP (Managed Service Provider)
• Participation in large-scale enterprise DR/HA architecture design and implementation.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (SAP) certification.
• Excellent presentation and technical explanation skills
