At KKBOX, Business Development Team is an innovative team that builds strategic partnerships to grow subscriber base through distribution channels and develops creative solutions for brands and advertisers to connect with music lovers.

KKBOX is looking for a self-motivated teammate with a proven record of revenue-generating partnerships who is passionate for digital media and entertainment.


Responsibilities:

    • Assist in generating revenue and growing KKBOX subscription targets in Hong Kong
    • Manage key channels such as App Store, Google Play, and other partners/distributors. This includes building deep relationships with key partners, developing and executing promotion and activation campaigns to drive paid conversion.
    • Sell creative solutions (digital formats and events) to direct clients and media agencies, coordinate with internal teams (marketing and label relations) to create successful campaigns, and provide superior account management
    • Synergize and coordinate the Group’s resources across Taiwan and Hong Kong business units (e.g., work with product teams to improve user experience; work with marketing teams to drive campaign performance)
    • Identify new growth opportunities by using customer insights, product and campaign performance data, and market trends
    • Assist in executing KKBOX music concerts (e.g., KKBOX Music Awards) and events occasionally

    Requirements:

    • 2 - 5 years of work experience in business development / partnerships / account servicing or start-ups, ideally with prior experience in partnerships in the B2C apps / media & entertainment / payment / tech industries
    • Degree holder in any discipline
    • Result-oriented, self-motivated with a can-do spirit
    • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
    • Proven track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects and resolving conflicts
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work with people from different cultural backgrounds, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Analytical, able to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to perform comprehensive analyses independently
    • Exceptional communications & presentation skill; proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered for Business Development Executive
