Responsibilities:
- As the legal representative of the Japan office, you will work closely with the legal team in Taiwan and lead all legal operations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising contract documents(related to licensing, system development, system maintenance).
- Support until the conclusion of contracts and contract management in Japanese and English.
- Optimization of internal control systems, internal communication (especially among group companies), and corporate compliance.
- Support in preparing corporate governance and other related legal requirements, investment projects, and execution of due diligence.
- Communicating with a Lawyer
*The Department will be the Taiwan Legal & Compliance and the manager is in Taiwan (communicate with him in English or Chinese)
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant industry corporate legal affairs
- Proficiency in English
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of IP and copyright laws, entertainment laws, and internet technology
- Laws relevant practical experience
