Responsibilities:
- The Product Support position is a product team responsible for product planning and marketing.
- We will provide sales promotion support in collaboration with the sales/marketing department in the Japanese market, and communicate Japanese market needs to the product department in Taiwan.
- In addition to being a product specialist, we also function as a product information hub for the Japanese subsidiary.
- We will make adjustments to strengthen and develop the required product functions.
* Product: As a product specialist, you will provide technical support to each domestic department. We also compile and provide market needs and functional requests to the product development team in Taiwan.
* Price: Based on market trends and competitive product prices, we develop a pricing strategy that includes suggested retail prices.
* Promotion: Support the Marketing team's webinars and trade shows, create and execute demos and presentations. Sometimes you will be asked to spread product information like an evangelist.
* Place: Provides content such as technical information and success stories for channel partners to support sales promotions.
* Pre-Sales: We assess whether a product satisfies customer needs/requirements in a sales project, and if it cannot be achieved with a cloud product, we work with sales to develop functions and products.
Requirements:
- Business level English reading, writing and oral conversation skills
- Member management
- Those who have experience in any of the following
・Experience as a product specialist/evangelist.
・Experience in corporate IT solution sales or consulting.
・Experience as a product planner/product manager
Nice to have:
- Experience in video/music distribution service business or experience in the entertainment industry
- Digital marketing experience or knowledge
- Chinese (Mandarin) skills
