Responsibilities:
- Billing and Accounts Receivable/Payable Management:
- Complete billing tasks according to the company's schedule (1st, 2nd, and 3rd of each month) to ensure accurate payments
- Communicate with relevant departments and clients to confirm accounts receivable and payable, ensuring a smooth billing process
- Issue invoices, organize, and archive related documents to ensure record completeness
- Assist the department with expense reimbursements and payment requests, ensuring a smooth process in compliance with company policies
- Provide necessary documents and explanations in response to company audit requirements
- Assist in handling simple departmental contracts, including review, filing, and compliance checks
- Support communication and collaboration between the finance department and other departments
- Participate in internal process optimization to improve work efficiency
- Handle other finance and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an accounting firm is preferred
- Experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles is a plus
- Detail-oriented and responsible, capable of handling large amounts of data and documents accurately
- Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, or ERP systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
