Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with KKBOX’s overall business objectives and position KKBOX as the go-to music streaming platform in Taiwan.
Lead the planning and execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, digital advertising, PR, and events.
Leverage data and insights to optimize marketing performance, measure ROI, and identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, content, licensing and sales to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in music streaming and digital marketing.
Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional marketing teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan to share best practices, coordinate regional campaigns, and ensure brand consistency.
Manage a team of marketing professionals and foster a culture of innovation and creativity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on strategic planning, digital marketing and campaign management.
Proven track record of successfully driving growth and engagement for a consumer-facing brand.
Deep understanding of the music industry and consumer behaviour.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
Fluency in English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the music streaming industry.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
Experience in managing large-scale events.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
