Responsibilities:

    • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into financial plans, and provide decision support on commercial strategy, pricing, and capital resource allocation.
    • Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate new business initiatives and revenue growth opportunities, building business cases and delivering actionable recommendations on ROI and cost optimization.
    • Collaborate with finance and accounting related functions on forecasting and long-range planning, providing business context around variances and translating operational drivers, risks, and opportunities into insights.
    • Support financial evaluation and execution of strategic investment and M&A opportunities, including transaction modeling and post-investment review.
    • Contribute to group-level corporate finance projects, including IPO preparation, bank financing initiatives, board reporting materials and executive presentations as required.
    • Identify and drive opportunities for process automation and reporting enhancements, leveraging digital and AI tools to improve efficiency across financial operations.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, M&A/corporate investment, or corporate finance-related fields, with a track record of transaction execution and direct business partnering with business units or senior management.
    • Advanced financial modeling skills, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial analysis into business decisions.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and influence decisions across functions.
    • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
    • Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI tools to improve financial processes and drive efficiency.
    • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
