BlendVision is a fast-growing SaaS company spun off from KKCompany, dedicated to building an AI-powered enterprise knowledge management and learning platform.
Our flagship product, BlendVision AiM, automatically uploads and analyzes internal meeting videos, documents, and knowledge content. Leveraging our patent-pending multimodal video understanding technology, we deliver a searchable, learnable, and actionable AI-powered knowledge base that helps organizations reduce information retrieval costs, accelerate training, and enhance overall learning effectiveness.
We have already partnered with CommonWealth Magazine Group and plan to onboard 100+ enterprise customers within the next year, establishing a strong foundation in Taiwan and expanding rapidly into Japan and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

    Sales & Business Development

    • Identify and pursue business opportunities with mid- to large-sized enterprises (HR, L&D, IT, and other key functions).
    • Own the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation Demo / Proof of Concept (PoC) Closing.
    • Achieve annual revenue, customer acquisition, and contract signing targets.

    Team Leadership & Sales Strategy (Manager-Level Focus)

    • Lead, mentor, and coach junior BD/Sales team members to build a high-performing sales organization.
    • Set KPIs, track performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pricing models, and regional expansion plans.

    Partnership Development & Ecosystem Growth

    • Build strategic partnerships with training providers, education content creators, and channel resellers.
    • Co-plan and execute joint marketing campaigns and partnership-driven go-to-market initiatives.

    Market Insights & Product Feedback

    • Analyze industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor activities to inform product direction and GTM strategies.
    • Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and executive-level solution briefings.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise solutions sales experience, with a proven record of achieving sales quotas.
    • 2+ years of team leadership experience, managing and coaching a BD/Sales team (2~5 members).
    • Strong understanding of enterprise procurement and decision-making processes.
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience selling AI, cloud solutions, knowledge management, or HR Tech platforms.
    • Proven ability to build sales processes, introduce playbooks, or run pipeline reviews.
    • Fluent English for international markets; Japanese or Southeast Asia market experience is a plus.
    • Existing network or track record in HR / L&D / IT buyer communities.
