At KKBOX, the Marketing Team is a dynamic unit dedicated to amplifying our brand and deepening the connection between music lovers and artists. We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing initiatives.
You will lead the end-to-end execution of comprehensive campaigns, strategically bridging the gap between digital performance and impactful offline experiences to drive brand engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Integrated Campaign Ownership: Strategize and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, and offline). You will be responsible for defining campaign timelines, managing resources, and ensuring all deliverables align with the overarching brand strategy.
- Digital & Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with teammates to define the content roadmap, curate engaging music-related content based on data-driven insights to boost reach and engagement.
- Offline Event & Concert Execution: Act as a project/ campaign owner for offline events and music concerts. You will manage logistics, coordinate on-site operations, and ensure that all creative assets and event experiences meet our high standards for brand storytelling.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for external music partners and internal stakeholders (e.g., Content Ops, Product, Licensing) to drive communication to ensure seamless execution of artist promotions and campaign launches.
- Strategic Business Development Collaboration: Partner with the Business Development team on occasion to integrate channel-based acquisition strategies. You will jointly create online/offline activities specifically designed to boost subscription conversions and maximize campaign impact.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Independently monitor campaign metrics and prepare insightful performance reports. Use customer insights and market trends to proactively identify optimization opportunities and contribute to future marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 2 - 5 years of solid experience in integrated marketing, ideally within the media, entertainment, or B2C tech industries.
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of full-cycle projects, from planning to execution.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset: capable of synthesizing data from multiple sources to perform comprehensive analyses independently.
- A music lover who stays updated with local entertainment trends and pop culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
