Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured evaluations of AI tools, clearly defining selection criteria and testing methods.
- Manage AI pilot projects and phased deployments, ensuring effective transition into production use.
- Integrate approved solutions with internal systems using APIs, webhooks, and identity management (OAuth/SAML/SCIM).
- Promote adoption through targeted user training, clear documentation, and prompt-engineering best practices.
- Establish metrics to track and report the impact of integrated AI tools.
- Design and implement internal chatbots and assistants, integrated with internal data sources and business workflows.
- Deploy and enable developer-focused AI productivity tools for engineering teams.
- Monitor AI system health, manage vendor relationships, licenses, and ensure compliance with internal governance policies.
- Stay current with AI trends and translate relevant developments into actionable internal improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience integrating developer productivity tools and AI assistants (CLI and IDE) in enterprise environments.
- Strong prompt-engineering skills, including creating reusable prompt templates and robust usage guidelines.
- Experience designing structured evaluation processes and benchmarks for AI tools or models.
- Practical experience implementing internal chatbots or assistants integrated with business systems.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, identity protocols (OAuth/SAML/SCIM), and scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Shell).
- Ability to drive adoption through clear communication, user training, and documentation.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT integration, DevOps, automation, or related AI applications.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LLM gateways or automated code-review tools.
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector database systems.
- Practical skills in fine-tuning AI models, embeddings preparation, or related customization methods.
- Familiarity with AI interoperability protocols (e.g., MCP, ACP).
- Experience using no-code or low-code automation platforms.
