Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Frontend Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing video streaming web applications and CMS platforms. We value developers who are autonomous, possess solid technical skills, and are adept at using AI tools to maximize productivity within an agile framework.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and maintenance of high-traffic streaming applications and CMS platforms, leveraging Next.js SSR (Server-Side Rendering) to ensure optimal loading performance and SEO.
• Build and maintain scalable UI component libraries and shared modules to ensure codebase consistency across projects.
• Collaborate closely with POs, Backend Engineers, QA, and Designers to deliver features from concept to production.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Core Skills: Expert in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+); strong logic and UI implementation skills.
• AI Productivity: Adept at leveraging AI development assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance code quality and accelerate the development lifecycle.
• Frameworks: Proficient in at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Engineering Rigor: Experience with unit testing (e.g., Jest, RTL) and familiar with Git Flow practices.
• Traits: Strong sense of ownership, a dedicated learner, and a proactive mindset toward modern web and AI trends.

Nice to Have:

• Advanced practical experience with React (Hooks), Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Docker, containerization, or CI/CD integration.
• Experience working in a Scrum environment.
• Continuously follows AI advancements and experiments with new AI tools to solve engineering challenges.
