Responsibilities:

    • Planning: Build media plans to meet client needs and ensure inventory availability throughout the sales process
    • Operations: Document data flows, standard campaign operating procedures, and project-related issues analysis to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the sales process
    • Solution Provider: Work with other Monetization team members to resolve sales support issues in a timely manner
    • Monitor sales-related metrics and provide the sales analysis report by providing insight and offering analytic advice and analysis to guide the business
    • Provide recommendations to the Sales team to ensure the business requirements are met
    • Strong and influential presentation skills and actively involved in supporting client meetings and sales pitches to drive revenue
    • Work with cross-functional teams and provide input on sales operations policies and procedures based on sales feedback and real practice
    • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Content, Editor, Legal, Finance, etc.) to expedite the review/approval process
    • Be the trusted business partner to the Sales leads by partnering on how to optimize systems and processes to drive growth
    • Be a problem solver

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in media account management, business development, or sales on the internet and/or the marketing/advertising industry
    • Strong analytical abilities, including analyzing data and drawing insights
    • Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
    • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
    • Being both a self-starter who has the ability to work independently and a team player
    • Detail-oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong reasoning skills

    Nice to Have:

    • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or Analytics degree
    • Experience with A/B Testing and other experimentation for optimization for digital campaign
    • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
    • Previous working experience in a creative and media agency is plus
    • Advanced Excel and analytical experience
    • Music lover would be a plus
