We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales & Retention Agent to join our team. In this role, you will contact existing customers, promote tailored offers, re-engage inactive players and identify any issues or feedback they may have in order to resolve potential problems and improve their overall experience.
Your main objective will be to increase customer activity, enhance retention, and build long-term player value through high-quality communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and SMS outreach to existing customers, presenting promotions, bonuses, and personalized offers to encourage reactivation and engagement.
- Identify player needs and guide them through available products, features, and ongoing campaigns, while proactively collecting feedback and uncovering any issues that may affect their experience or activity.
- Reactivate inactive accounts by providing engaging and relevant incentives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current offers, game portfolio, brand features, and responsible gaming guidelines.
- Record all interactions accurately in CRM systems and follow internal procedures.
- Collaborate with Retention, Customer support, KYC and Marketing teams to improve customer engagement strategies.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales, contact, and conversion targets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and Responsible Gaming policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Outbound Sales, Retention, or Customer Support (iGaming experience is a strong plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work towards targets and maintain performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident, energetic, and commercially minded with a positive attitude.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday.
