Senior Frontend Engineer (Core Platform)
Athens | Full-Time | Onsite
Build the platform that every operator will use.
We're building a new regulated iGaming platform for the European market.
The Back Office is where player support, finance, compliance, marketing, and operations spend their day. Every workflow, every action, and every decision passes through it.
We're looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to design and build the foundation of that experience from day one.
You'll help establish the frontend architecture, component library, and engineering standards that every future team will build upon.
What you'll be working on
* Design and build modern React-based Back Office applications.
* Develop reusable components, design systems, and frontend architecture.
* Build operator-facing interfaces for player management, wallets, bonuses, and platform administration.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Backend Engineering, and Architecture.
* Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
* Use modern AI engineering tools to accelerate development while maintaining high engineering standards.
What we're looking for
* 6+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
* Strong React expertise.
* Experience building complex business applications or admin platforms.
* Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend tooling.
* Solid understanding of component architecture, state management, and frontend performance.
* Previous iGaming experience.
* Strong code review and engineering judgement.
* Fluent English.
