Senior Technical Product Owner


DigiTech Marketing is growing, and we are searching for a Technical Product Owner to help us scale up our disruptive iGaming technology. We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with over 5 years of experience to drive our next-generation iGaming platform and to develop our fan engagement sites with innovative functionalities.



As a Technical Product Owner, you use your expert technical knowledge to bridge product development and design, implementing visions from the roadmap. You understand your products unique features and technical functions, aligning them with company strategy. You guide product strategy and foster communication across teams, serving as the crucial link between the business and technical sides of the organization.




Job description - Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the business stakeholders to understand the vision of the company in their domain and ensure that everyone involved is on the exact same page about features, functionality, deadlines, and other details

  • Collaboration with designers to create mockups for the final product

  • Assisting the development team in clarifying requirements and helping them to understand the business side.

  • Reviewing prototypes and other proofs of concepts for feasibility if such is needed to reduce the risk of innovations

  • Verify that the product meets customer needs, either by reviewing feedback from customers or by assessing customer usage via recorded metrics

  • Communication with stakeholders about prioritizing product backlog items, their business value, the time required to complete them, and the order they were created

  • Ensuring that developers understand each project's requirements and coordinate with them

  • Communication of project status and roadblocks with other members of the team

  • Accepting the features on behalf of the company, which includes understanding and certifying all the quality characteristics









Requirements

  • Agile methodologies, especially Kanban

  • The ideal candidate should be familiar with industry-specific terminology and the companys strategic positioning

  • User experience (UX) principles

  • Product backlog management

  • User stories creation

  • Good knowledge of website technologies

  • Ability to use software development management tools, especially JIRA

  • A university degree would be welcome
