Role Overview
We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns, focusing on data-driven decisions and efficient media budget allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage programmatic campaigns across DSP platforms
- Monitor and optimize KPIs (CPM, CPA, ROAS)
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams
- Analyze and report campaign performance
- Continuously improve performance through data insights
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising
- Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g. DV360 or similar)
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies and media buying
- Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
- Experience in performance-driven environments
Nice to Have:
- Experience in iGaming or high-traffic digital brands
- Knowledge of attribution models
- Cross-channel campaign experience
