We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product &
Technology team and drive the evolution of our digital platforms and products.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product
strategy and translating business opportunities into scalable digital products
across our iGaming media ecosystem.
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the
product development teams, shaping product initiatives and ensuring that
they deliver measurable business impact.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Design Leads and
Development Leads, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear
product directions and successfully delivered by the teams.
This role is strategic and cross-functional, requiring both strong product
thinking and a deep understanding of digital platforms, affiliate marketing and
data-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Digital Winners
platforms and digital products.
Translate business opportunities and stakeholder requests into clear
product initiatives.
Identify opportunities for growth, monetization and platform scalability.
Ensure alignment between product initiatives and company strategic
goals.
Product Discovery & Business Analysis
Gather and analyze business requests from stakeholders (management,
marketing, etc.).
Transform business needs into structured product briefs and
requirements.
Evaluate business impact, feasibility and priorities before initiatives
enter development.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry
benchmarking
Product Shaping & Cross-Team Coordination
Collaborate with Product Owners, Design Leads and Dev Leads during
feature shaping.
Align UX direction with business goals such as conversion, engagement
and retention.
Participate in product and design reviews to ensure quality and
consistency across platforms.
Product Lifecycle Oversight
Oversee the full lifecycle of product initiatives from idea to launch.
Monitor product delivery through collaboration with Product Owners
Ensure that product releases align with the defined scope and expected
business outcomes.
Data-Driven Product Decisions
Define and track product KPIs and success metrics.
Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
Use insights to drive continuous product improvements.
Stakeholder Communication Act as the main product point of contact for stakeholders.
Provide clear updates on product initiatives, timelines and outcomes.
Align internal teams around shared product goals and priorities.
What Were Looking For
4+ years of experience in Product Management in iGaming, affiliate
and/or operator platforms
Strong ability to translate business needs into structured product
requirements.
Experience working with cross-functional product teams
Solid understanding of Agile product development environments.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance business impact, user experience and technical feasibility.
